Kohler Corporate Account Executive - Miami, FL

Seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) candidate with Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years sales experience in hospitality channel - hotels/lodging, or interior design experience with strong contacts and sales apptitude. Relocation to Miami, Florida available.

As an Accounts Executive - Corporate Accounts, Worldwide this is your unique opportunity to set your mark and live on the leading edge. Our Americas team is comprised of independent, sales-driven business leaders focused on Hospitality Channel growth both within their local Americas Region and Kohler Co. worldwide. A globally-minded individual is ideal for our team. One who can navigate an Account through diverse overseas product categories, as well as the sensitivities of bathroom experiences of other cultures. As a member of the Americas team, you will have Corporate Accounts Worldwide peers in Europe, the Middle East, India, and throughout Asia Pacific. You will be expected to collaborate with your peers, drive sales for your peers, and win for Kohler Worldwide together with designers, accounts, and global owners. This position is unlike any sales position within Kitchen & Bath as it is truly worldwide.

This position will be based out of Miami, FL.


HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating all promotion and sales activities in order to promote the brands and products of Kohler Co. to the defined target market end users. Develop sales strategies to achieve increased sales by enhancing the value of Kohler Co. to global Hoteliers, designers, developers and additional purchasing influencers in the lodging industry.

1.) Establish relationships with hoteliers, owners, designers, and additional purchasing influencers in the lodging industry.

2.) Influence and drive Kohler specifications with targeted global designers and hoteliers. Clearly communicate hospitality sales opportunities to local Kohler teams around the world and help manage execution.

3.) Manage quarterly execution of Account update as defined by Manager, Corporate Accounts Worldwide.

4.) Manage quarterly execution of global sales tracker as defined by Director, Corporate Accounts Worldwide.

5.) Direct and coordinate sales opportunities for KOHLER brand, Kallista, Sterling, and Kohler Power in the hospitality channel via specific Branch assignments.

6.) Identify, recommend and/or create programs, sales tools and products that can enhance and support successful sales activities in the target markets.

7.) Coordinate and implement joint sales calls, presentations, and customer trips for Kohler Co. within target markets. Ensure timely follow up on all sales leads.

8.) Coordinate Kohler Co.’s participation in industry organizations and trade show associations.

9.) Prepare and maintain reports required to develop plans, measure success and control budgets.

10.) 75 % of your time will be allocated to be working with accounts (i.e. global hoteliers, designers, owners); 25% of time will be allocated to regional alignment and sales execution within the assigned territories.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years of successful sales experience, with background in hospitality channel sales.
• Must possess moderate skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and with outside contacts.
• 50% overnight travel required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
